Shipping Policy

Dispatch Times

All Glitter Walls wallpaper is produced to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–14 working days, depending on production schedules and order volume. Dispatch time refers to when goods leave our facility, not delivery time.

Once dispatched, wallpaper orders are shipped using a next working day courier service.


Delivery Times

While we use next working day courier services wherever possible, delivery times are estimates only. Glitter Walls UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Responsibility on Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage to packaging or goods must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and noted accordingly.
  • Goods accepted as delivered without damage being recorded will be deemed to have arrived in good condition.

Any damage occurring in transit must be taken up directly between the customer and the delivering courier. Glitter Walls UK Ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods that are accepted as delivered and later reported as damaged.


Loss in Transit

If goods are confirmed as lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.

Delays or misrouting that result in eventual delivery do not qualify as lost items.


Samples

Samples are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Sample deliveries are not tracked

  • Delivery times may vary

  • Glitter Walls UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of sample orders


Additional Information

Glitter Walls UK Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred as a result of delayed delivery, including (but not limited to) decorating costs, labour charges, or scheduling issues.
