Refunds & Returns Policy

All Glitter Walls wallpaper is produced to confirmed customer orders and is therefore bespoke. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.


Faulty Goods

If your wallpaper arrives with a fault, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

It is essential that all wallcoverings are fully inspected before cutting, trimming, or installation. Once the wallpaper has been processed in any way, including hanging, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund.

In some cases, we may request that the goods are returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement is approved. Returned items must be sent by courier at the customer’s expense and must be in their original condition.

Where a fault is confirmed to be the responsibility of Glitter Walls UK Ltd, the reasonable cost of return shipping will also be refunded. Glitter Walls UK Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund where goods show signs of use, installation, or damage after delivery.


Delivery Issues

Refunds or returns will not be issued for items that are delayed but ultimately delivered.
However, goods that are confirmed as lost in transit will be refunded or replaced accordingly.


Liability

Glitter Walls UK Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred after delivery, including (but not limited to) decorating costs, labour charges, or consequential damages.
